Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed the case file by one Igo Aguma challenging the Caretaker Committee led by Isaac Ogbobula of the APC in Rivers State.

A Supreme Court panel presided over by Hon. Justice Kekere- Ekun JSC struck out the appeal brought by the appellate Igo Aguma for incompetence based on a preliminary objection raised by Senior Advocate of Nigeria and council to the defendant, Tuduru Ede SAN.
