ArchBishop Ignatius Kattey, the then Dean, Archbishop and Bishop of the Niger Delta North, Anglican Communion has fixed to launch the book he titled; Nine Horrible Days: The Story of the Kidnap of Archbishop Kattey
Archbishop Kattey who deemed it necessary to pen down his experiences during the horrible moment in the hands of his kidnappers, also wishes to use his experience as expository and guide to every reader
As Archbishop in the Anglican Communion, Kattey had gone through different experiences and chose to tag that of his kidnap as Horrible Experience.

The kidnap which is said to have happened in 2013 around Aleto bridge, Eleme in Eleme Local Government Area of Rivers State along with his wife Beatrice Kattey who was later abandoned in their car. They where said to be traveling to Port Harcourt at night as to beat the planned Saturday morning sanitation.
The book Launch which is slated to hold on the 26th of February, 2022. The time is at 12noon Nigeria time. The venue will be at the prestigious St Paul’s Cathedral Anglican Church, by Garrison, Diobu, Port Harcourt. It promises to be a moment of sober reflection as God’s general will take the people through memories of what seems to have been forgotten by many.
Dignitaries across Nigeria are expected at the book Launch. Among the dignitaries will be the Rivers State Commissioner for Education, Prof. Kaniye Iboku as the chairman of the occasion. Also expected is the former Vice Chancellor of University of Port Harcourt, Emeritus Professor Nimi Dimkpa Briggs as the book reviewer on that day.
The father of the day will be His Grace Most Rev. Dr. Peter J. Akinola, former primate of All Nigeria and many others expected to also be in attendance. The invitation is also extended to the general public
